Here is a video of super baby’s super moments. Huilin played with other babies and kids who are much older than him at the kids’ zone in the mall. He’s as tall as an 18-month-old baby (if not taller) and he is clearly much much more coordinated than a 9 month old should be.  Can you not love this baby???

My little goat~

9M, Huilin started to understand and communicate with other people much better. One of his new games lately were “give it to mommy”. He can understand when I say “给妈妈” (which means “give it to mommy” ), it means I want him to hand me whatever is in his hand. Usually he would happily hand me the object while sometimes he would refuse to let go of things he was too crazy about. And occasionally he would let me touch what’s in his hand but wouldn’t let go and laugh at the same time. He also started to like stories more and more. Sometimes he requests a story by handing me a book he picked out.

Huilin’s communication skills have developed rapidly. He grabs people whom he’d like to talk to and points at things that he’d like to talk about. He also started to make his very first conversations. Every time I say:”Dah—dah-dah-dah—!” He replies:” AHH–DAH-DAH-DAH-DAHHHHHHH—-!!” with great passion.

Huilin thinks making stinkies is the funniest thing in the world and he laughs whenever he makes a good/loud one… Gee, you wonder why…

Huilin has developed a deep appreciation for music. He gets very excited and tries to sing (by making strange noises) and dance (with his two little hands swinging in front of his face) when I play music on his flower music box and the farm house “see & say”.

Garlic sprouts everywhere. Green, green, green...

Every corner of  Yi Lao’s house had become beautiful and lively since we bought the new camera and lenses. I loved the colors. The greenish blue window frames brought out the pink azalea and the old wooden wardrobe in the winter sunshine. Everything seemed lazy and cozy.

A cute little guard dog was on duty and barking at Andrew’s face.

The blue cup also had a beautiful greenish shade but I wasn’t able to capture it.
